How we make and stand behind what we sell

Fabric sourcing, manufacturing partners, and the policy that covers your order if something's off.

Manufacturing partners

We place orders with a small set of mid-sized garment factories rather than the lowest-bid supplier for each run. Each partner is audited before onboarding and again on a recurring schedule for wage practices, working hours, and facility safety.

We publish which fabric mill and cut-and-sew facility produced each seasonal drop on request — email support and reference the SKU on the product page.

Material quality

Every fabric blend listed on a product page is the blend actually cut for that run — we don't round a 97/3 cotton-elastane up to "100% cotton" for a cleaner label. Wool and merino pieces are pre-shrunk before cutting so finished sizing holds after the first wash.

Hardware — buttons, zips, rivets — is tested for a minimum number of open-close cycles before a style is approved for production.

Retail policy

The essentials, in plain terms. Reach out through Contact for anything not covered here.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, or exchanged for a different size at no extra cost. Final-sale items are marked as such on the product page.

Sizing & fit

Every product page links a size chart with chest, waist and length measurements specific to that style. If a piece runs differently than its chart suggests, that note is added directly to the product description rather than left for you to discover after ordering.

Shipping

Orders over $150 ship free; orders under that ship for a flat rate, shown at checkout and in your cart summary. Estimated tax is calculated at the cart stage so there are no surprises at checkout.

Fabric care

Care instructions are sewn into every garment and repeated on the product page. As a general rule: wash knitwear cold and lay flat to dry, and have outerwear professionally cleaned rather than machine washed.

Audited partners

Recurring facility audits covering wages, hours and safety.

30-day returns

Unworn, tagged items returned or exchanged within 30 days.
